Officially Started in January of 2008, JACC'S Catering is the brainchild of Joshua Martin(Founder & CEO) who has been in the food industry since the age of 20, and Clarence Jordan who is also Part Owner brings a great partnership and Passion to J.A.C.C.'S. Their love for food , fun, family and friends, has grown into one of todays rising and upcoming Catering Companies.
Joshua received certi-save and training certificates for kitchen sanitation and employee training in 2006. "God gave me the drive and know how to get started.""I have worked and trained in some of NewOrleans most popular resturants from Zea's to La Madeline's".
Our first event on April 27,2008 despite the weather was a great success. With no funds, God has already showed us that,if we just trust him he will make a way.
